French fashion and music label Kitsuné boasts a lengthy laundry list of electro indie rock giants, among them Boys Noize, Bloc Party, the Whitest Boy Alive, Hot Chip, and many others. So it should come as no surprise that Spain's Crystal Fighters, a folktronic band that cleverly combines Basque folk instruments with drum loops, heavy synths, lilting vocals, and a rocking stage show happily joined their ranks in 2008. Crystal Fighters was formed after enigmatic singer Laure recovered a diary of her deceased reclusive grandfather's while visiting his Basque country home. Inside the insane man's notebook contained the skeleton of an incomplete opera with the future band's name as its title. Intent on completing the work and honoring her grandfather's legacy, she returned to London and enlisted the aid of friends, Gilbert, Graham, Sebastian, and Mimi, and together they researched and worked to finish his opera. Along the way, they became inspired by the dark folksy sounds of Spanish instruments, combined them with London's booming basslines, and the band was born. Their first electro single, "I Love London," became a smash hit and has been heavily remixed and played on the club circuits throughout Europe. Known especially for their dramatic and eclectic artful stage performances, Crystal Fighters promise to play new tracks and remixes at every show, and prove that electro bands can do more than just mess around with GarageBand and derive inspiration from ever-expanding sources. Their next single, Xtatic Truth dropped in May of 2009, cementing the group's place among Kitsuné royalty.

Dandydeath Manner aka Ricardo Garcia Baez, giovanissimo e con alle spalle già esperienza nel saper miscelare sonorità elettroniche ricercate con influenze Tropical e un debole per il rock, un amore trasmesso giocando tra i vinili del padre. In pochi anni ha conquistato, con le sue selezioni e performance musicali, le consolle e gli eventi importanti del mondo dell’arte , moda e design: dal London ...Design Festival alla colonna sonora della sfilata di ICEBERG UOMO P/E 2011, al festival di musica elettronica Nextech 2010 (richiamato anche nel 2011 accanto a nomi come PLANET FUNK/JAMES HOLDEN/CONGOROCK, ECC) ai party Glamda nella splendida cornice delle Terme di Caracalla (Roma), dalla consolle del Tenax a quella del Circolo degli Artisti.
Dandydeath Manner è curioso ed attento alle evoluzioni nel mondo del clubbing, a suo agio nei locali underground più malfamati, come nella scena alternativa, “sporca” o “patinata” che sia.

LUKA si avvicina alla consolle nel 2005 al Colle Bereto di Firenze dove è anche organizzatore della serata "Smoking Forever" oltre che direttore artistico del locale. Collabora alla direzione artistica del Bar/Ristorante "Angels" e del Club "Doris", organizzando eventi e istallazioni con l'assistenza di Olivia Lancaric. Nella stagione 2007/08 apre i concerti di Digitalism e Justice al "Tenax". Suona inoltre con Aiello e In Flagranti al Festival "Generazioni Creative" a Parma. Successivamente è dj resident al Babylon Club e al Crisco Club durante gli eventi Kirurgia Plastica. Lavora inoltre con Pinko per la creazione delle playlist per le boutique e la realizzazione della musica per gli show e i video in collaborazione con Macs Iotti e con Giampaolo Sgura. Partecipa spesso agli eventi Pink is Pink organizzati da Marcelo Burlon a Milano (http://www.marceloburlonenterprise.com/) e lo scorso inverno insieme a Devendra Banhart all'Hangar Bicocca. E' stato ed è dj resident al Rex caffè il Sabato sera, e uno dei Dj del Sabato sera al Krisko Club a Firenze. Attualmente è uno dei Dj resident del Venerdì del Krisko club per la serata Kirurgia Plastica, dividendo la consolle con Dandydeath Manner e resident del Sabato al Babylo, con la serata Markette.
